Pop Focus
Pop your focus before the meeting starts.
Pop Focus is a desktop app that reads your calendar and, shortly before a meeting, fills the screen with soft bubbles. Pop them to dismiss the reminder and get on with your day. It is hard to miss and easy to ignore politely.
What it does
- Reminds you gently. Bubbles appear over whatever you are working on, a set time before each meeting. You choose how early.
- Reads your calendars. Sign in with Google to read the events on your calendars, including calendars shared with you, or load a local
.icsfile with no sign-in at all. - You pick which calendars. Choose exactly which of your Google calendars trigger reminders, per account, from Settings.
- Read-only. Pop Focus never creates, edits, or deletes anything on your calendar.
- Private by design. Your calendar data stays on your computer. There is no Pop Focus account and no analytics. See the privacy policy.
Signing in with Google
Signing in with Google is optional. Pop Focus asks Google for read-only access to your calendar events and calendar list, plus your email address to label the account. It uses that access only to show you reminders. Details, and how to revoke access at any time, are in the privacy policy.
Pop Focus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
