DRAFT for legal review. These terms govern your use of Pop Focus, published by Laudenslager Software, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

1. License

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable price, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pop Focus on your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software except as the law allows.

2. Third-party accounts

If you sign in to Google or Microsoft, you do so under their terms. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke Pop Focus's access at any time.

3. Reminders are best effort

Pop Focus depends on your calendar provider, your network, and your computer being on and unlocked. Reminders may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on Pop Focus as your only means of attending time-critical or safety-critical events.

4. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laudenslager Software, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed meetings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pop Focus.

6. Refunds and support

Refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase. Support: hello@lauden.dev.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
